I've been creating art throughout my life in varying forms. I absolutely love rich vibrant colors, geometric patterns, curvilinear shapes, and the incredible beauty of nature itself.

My favorite medium is oil paint. I enjoy the rich vibrant colors of oils and the softness, depth, and contrast that I can achieve using both brush and palette knife. Occasionally I dip into acrylic paint when I am wanting a quick fix. It is very fun because it is so different from oils. It’s like “oh my god it’s dry!” Consequently, my acrylic paintings are very different from my oil paintings. Mostly I love painting abstracts because I can just pick out my favorite colors and play.

My desire is to instill in my paintings joyous, loving energy, so that when people look at my paintings they feel that energy and take it with them when they go. My paintings range from the crackling energy of change to the peaceful inner knowing that all is well, and any combination there of.
